Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025-2026 Regular Season
REFUND POLICIES (Refunds will be given based on the following guideline:) • If the player leaves the PBYHA prior to the first team practice or game, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $75.00 administrative fee. • A refund request, in a letterform addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, is required for all refunds. Upon receipt of the letter and approval by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will distribute the refund to the provided participant and address. EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES The Board may consider a refund or partial refund of actual fees paid or a pro-rated fees request in the following extraordinary circumstances. 1. Relocation 2. Injury or Serious Illness 3. Hockey Readiness at 8U Level
